Director Michael Apted, best-known for his directing James Bond film 'The World Is Not Enough' in 1999, has made Noomi Rapace the heroine of his new movie, which may very well evoke for the public the popular TV series '24'.
Our heroine has the mission of protecting London from a threatening biological attack by terrorists.
Unfortunately the director seems to have stuck in time 20 years ago, as he recycles all the clichés found in former CIA vs terrorists films. Yes, the most important scene includes stopping a countdown timer before it is too late.

In spite of all this 'Unlocked' could have been a good film, but the director's bored attitude can't provoke more enthusiasm from the audience than watching an average action & adventure TV show would.
